BIOGRAPHY

Ayman Ayad is the Senior Programme Manager for Water and Utilities at the EU Delegation to Egypt. He manages over €650 million in EU grants and supports nearly €4 billion in investments from European financial institutions for infrastructure and water sector development.

Ayman brings 20 years of experience across academia, policy, and international cooperation. Since 2013, he has led major initiatives in water resources management, sector reform, and employment programmes, building close partnerships with government entities and global institutions.
