BIOGRAPHY

Gerrit Veenendaal is the Technical Director at NWTR, with decades of expertise in water quality, treatment technologies, and analytical methods. He began his career at the Kiwa Research Institute, later contributing to innovations at WLN, including the development of the Ultra Pure Water plant.

Gerrit went on to serve as the CEO of NieuWater and the Technical Director of a drinking water company, co-authoring several publications on water quality, DNA-based microbial analysis, and advanced treatment techniques that have shaped industry practices worldwide.
