He served as the first CEO of NAMA PWP and later as CEO of Palm Water, where he led the development of PPP frameworks across the sector.
Robert founded his consulting practice in 2007 and has since delivered PPP-related services and management offerings to clients across the MENA region, alongside PPP seminars and workshops for industry professionals.
